Alderley

External works across three levels of a sloping block: a new front entry, a patio with a white battened awning, terraced lawn and planting, a new pool and surrounds, and four runs of honed-concrete stairs with built-in timber seating.

Worked with the owners from the first sketches; full construction set issued November 2023 — site plans, GA plans, detail elevations and sections for the entry, patio and pool, stair details and 3D perspectives. Completed 2024.
