One designer, start to finish.

Harry Briggs started Briggsy Designs in 2023 after several years in Brisbane practices. He holds a Bachelor of Design (Architecture) and a Master of Architecture, and is a QBCC-licensed building designer.

The practice is deliberately small: one designer, start to finish. You deal with the person who draws your project, and nothing gets handed down the line.

Most of the work is residential renovation and extension — Queenslanders, post-war cottages, house raises — with commercial fit-outs when they come up. Harry is based at Mermaid Beach on the Gold Coast and works across QLD and NSW.
